Mellow, nutty and slightly sweet, Green Oakleaf has a buttery texture that is wonderful tossed in vinegar and olive oil, on its own or with our other lettuces.
Add minced garlic or shallot for a savoury taste, and enjoy with chopped cucumber or cherry tomatoes.
Green Oakleaf is also suitable in Chinese hot pot, stir-fries and soups.
