Green Butter Lettuce – Family set
Green butter lettuce has a soft buttery leaf and a sweet mild flavour. Delicious in a salad with extra virgin olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice, enjoy on its own or combined with our other leafs. For a complete meal, top with quinoa and chopped nuts, or feta cheese. Also suitable in Chinese hot pot, stir-fries and soups.
Green butter lettuce can be simply added with extra virgin olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice as a salad. It is also delicious whether it is eaten alone or with our other vegetables or cherry tomatoes.
