Broccolini – Japanese seed
Broccolini is cultivated with Japanese seeds, It is slender, sweeter and more delicious than normal broccoli. The long stem has plenty of water and is very tender and crisp. Rich in vitamins and minerals, eg. vitamin A, potassium, folic acid, iron and fiber.
Suggested way to eat it: steamed, stir-fried, grilled, salad (ready to eat), western soup, side dishes.
